ENABLE Scholarships are managed by a Network Coordinator a Director and Deputy Director. Guidance on management and development of ENABLE Scholarships are provided by an Advisory Board which meets annually and consists of representatives from partner organizations, donors, and alumni.

Chanelle Mwizawase, Network Coordinator of ENABLE Scholarships

Ms. Mwizawase leads the coordination of the ENABLE Scholarship in-country networks across all countries of operation. She develops relationships with partner organizations, recruitment of applicants, supports professional development of scholars, and engagement of alumni.

Theodore (Ted) B. Henry, Director of ENABLE Scholarships

Ted Henry is a Professor of Environmental Toxicology, Institute of Life and Earth Sciences, School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK. He leads the overall direction and management of ENABLE Scholarships including development of partnerships, scholarship funding, alumni programs, and support of scholars including direction of some theses and MSc courses.

Alex MacLaren, Deputy Director of ENABLE Scholarships

Alex is an Associate Professor of Architecture, Institute of Sustainable Built Environment, School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK. She leads the development of academic programs for MSc degrees, accreditation, academic quality, and support of ENABLE scholars including direction of some theses and MSc courses.
